Pizza/Tarte à la tomate

  1. Prepare a pizza base. Recipe.
    • Flour : 100 g = 200 ml
    • 1 sachet de levure = 3 cuillères à café
  2. Switch on the oven at 180°C.
  3. Spread mustard everywhere on the base.
  4. Slice tomatoes and put it on the base.
  5. Mix an egg with tomato paste and pour it on the tomatoes.
  6. Disperse herbs and pepper on the tomatoes.
  7. Grate cheese (Emmental) and disperse it.
  8. Add sliced peperoni/salami.
  9. Put the pizza in the oven for 20/25min.
